- 4 bedrooms come with king-size beds, and 1 bedroom features 2 single beds
- Each bedroom comes with an ensuite bathroom, sufficient closet space, ambient lighting, ceiling fan, bedside tables, table lamps, heater, electric kettle and windows to let in fresh air!
- We've provided comfortable mattresses for you to sink into. With 100% cotton linens and plush pillows, we only hope you dream better!
- 2 bedrooms additionally showcase attached balconies with outdoor seating: your very own private space to soak up the lush, scenic neighbouring landscape!
- Private sitout in all bedrooms, except inside the attic. For the latter, the sitout is located outside the attic room, near the staircase.
- Each bedroom is sumptuously aesthetic, adorned with graceful lighting fixtures, richly upholstered tufted or wooden headboards, and highlights world-renown art replicas! For just a brief moment - allow time to stand still, as you are transported to a different world in a different period, and come to appreciate these breathtaking masterpieces. We, at Dhan Stays, are committed to making your stay a memorable experience! This premise is a warm space, designed to resonate with the voices of friends and family. Services at the villa include two inhouse chefs - who will whip up a storm and prepare gastronomic, wholesome fare, one caretaker - to pamper you and ensure you are relaxed, as well as three housekeeping staff - so that everything remains clean and beautiful at the property!

If you are driving down to the property - a tempo traveller is NOT recommended. Cars with low ground clearance are not recommended either. SUVs, MUVs, Sedans are the best way to get here. Please check with us on the best way to drive here!

Guest access
Guests have access to their entire private villa, which encompasses all the various following indoor and outdoor spaces. Indoors, this includes the 5 private bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, attached balconies and private sitouts; the living and dining areas, home theatre, games den and kitchen; and outdoors, this features: viewing deck, bonfire pits, landscaped lawns and parking space.
Other things to note
On the ground floor we have 1 room, on the first floor we have 3 rooms and on the second floor i.e. attic we have one room.

We have 3-4 flights of a staircase to enter the cottage.
To reach the first floor, there are 18 fights, and the height is easy & reasonable.
To reach the attic from the first floor will be about 10 flights.

Here, you will get a professional team to assist you with almost everything during your stay i.e. Property Manager, Two Chefs, Housekeeping, and Support Staff.


Please read the following points before proceeding:

1) Check in: 2 pm onwards
Check out: 11 am

2) You are requested to handover  Refundable Security Deposit: 20,000 at check-in to our Operations Manager at the property.
(To be refunded post check-out)
If there are no damages, breach of house rules, late check-out, etc. we will refund the entire amount as it is. Otherwise, there will be deductions such as 5,000/ hour for late check out; other deductions are subjective).

3) Bonfire Charges: 1,999 per session (limited quantity)

4) Smoking strictly not allowed inside the villa. Guests can smoke only in the balcony or outdoors. Smoking inside the villa will attract a PENALTY of Rs. 10,000.

5) Since, we are situated in the hills away from the commercial area we require extra time to procure groceries, vegetables, etc.
Therefore, please update the menu at the earliest. Refer to the menu. Kitchen access is RESTRICTED for guests.

6) Here, to reach the property, they are sharp curves hence long wheel base vehicles such as tempo travelers are NOT a feasible option. Only SUVs, MPVs, Hatchbacks & Sedans with good ground clearance can access this villa.

7) Kitchen Closes at 10 PM

8) Extra guests pricing after 08 guests are: 2k per person per night. GST Extra.

9) Share all the guest IDs before check-in.

10) BBQ Time - 7-8PM @ Rs 3.5k
Prep Time – 50 Mins / For Marinated items - 3-4 hours
All Food order at least 24 hours in advance.

11) Breakfast should be informed by evening (previous day) and Dinner/ Lunch/BBQ 24 hours in advance.

12) No male staff is allowed to stay the night inside the villa. Separate accommodation can be arranged at extra cost or can use the staff quarters next to the villa.

13) Maximum 2 female staff is allowed inside the villa, to stay the night. Extra guest charges will be applied after 10 guests.

14) There are CCTV Cameras in: Entrance, Living Room, Kitchen & near Store (basement).

15. Please note, our team will guide you to switch on and off the projector. Due to some past experiences we have suffered multiple losses because a few guests have incorrectly switched off the same. Please refrain from doing the same. Thanks!
