Yes, a trained and responsible caretaker is present to help you. Housekeeping will be taken care of. If you require any additional help, you can ask the caretaker, and they may charge a small fee for the same. If you are satisfied with the service, please feel free to leave a tip.

Guests do not have access to the kitchen. Breakfast will be served in the in-house restaurant from 8 am to 10 am only. All other meals can also be provided in the in-house restaurant. However, extra charges will not be applicable in the case of senior citizens. Please note that outside food is not allowed at the property.

The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, an induction cooker and a water purifier. The utensils are sufficient to cook an elaborate meal. Crockery and cutlery are available for 8 people.

When you arrive, you will find a set of fresh linen laid out for you. Linen is changed upon request to avoid wastage of water caused by unnecessary laundering. Please do let the caretaker know whenever you wish to have your bed sheets or towels changed! While we do ensure the space is clean and comfortable for you, being a home, it may not mimic the feel of a hotel. No. We promptly report the use of drugs or any other type of illegal activity to the police, and they tend to offer an alternate accommodation that is not quite as pleasant as this lovely home. We would not recommend it at all!

Access is restricted to certain parts of the house.

Guests are requested to check in the property before it's dark. The villa is a part of a resort. There are CCTV cameras installed in the outdoor areas for security purposes Although the stay is deemed safe, guests are advised to exercise necessary caution as this is a forested area and wildlife may be present in the vicinity. Mobile networks such as Jio and BSNL work fairly well here. Given the pleasant weather all year round, the premises of the property are not equipped with AC or fans. The last 4 km. leading up to the villa might not be concrete. Please be aware that the bonfire is only accessible until 10 PM due to restrictions imposed by the panchayat.

In general, this is not permitted. However, on request, within reasonable limits and with prior permission, entertaining guests may be allowed. Please let the team know details such as number of guests and approximate time of visit well in advance. Visitors would have to carry valid IDs. There may be an extra charge associated with entertaining guests.
