The property is located in a secluded rural area of Maharashtra powered by MSEB. In case of power outages, the generator can run up to 6 hours in total. Therefore, it'll be turned off after 2 hours for a duration of 2 hours so as to be used throughout the day. There is also an inverter present that will be used for the power supply once the generator is turned off. The generator can support all appliances except for the jacuzzi.

No. We promptly report the use of drugs or any other type of illegal activity to the police, and they tend to offer an alternate accommodation that is not quite as pleasant as this lovely home. We would not recommend it at all!

Society has a common area that includes a club house and a pool which are not accesible to guests. The stream nearby is seasonal and may run dry at certain times of the year. Mobile network such as Jio work fairly well here. The jacuzzi can be used for a maximum of 1 hour on any given day. Please inform a day prior to using the jacuzzi as it takes 5 hours to heat up. Please note that hookah/sheesha is not permitted on the premises due to local regulations.
In general, this is not permitted. However, on request, within reasonable limits and with prior permission, entertaining guests may be allowed. Please let the team know details such as number of guests and approximate time of visit well in advance. Visitors would have to carry valid IDs. There may be an extra charge associated with entertaining guests.
