Yes, a trained and responsible caretaker is present to help you. Housekeeping will be taken care of. If you require any additional help, you can ask the caretaker, and they may charge a small fee for the same. If you are satisfied with the service, please feel free to leave a tip. The caretaker and the security guard live on the premises of the property.

Guests do not have access to the kitchen. The cook can prepare meals at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 per day. Ingredients will be charged as per actuals. Groceries will be charged as per actuals. Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. Service from delivery partners like Swiggy and Zomato is not available in Alibaug.

It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery.

When you arrive, you will find a set of fresh linen laid out for you. Linen is changed upon request to avoid wastage of water caused by unnecessary laundering. Please do let the caretaker know whenever you wish to have your bed sheets or towels changed!

Wi-Fi, although provided, is subject to network availability at any given time.

In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 5 hours and the inverter can support a few lights and fans in the bedrooms for up to 3 hours.

An iron can be provided on request. The washing machine can be used at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per load. This can be directly paid to the caretaker. A hair dryer can be made available for the guests, on request.

No. We promptly report the use of drugs or any other type of illegal activity to the police, and they tend to offer an alternate accommodation that is not quite as pleasant as this lovely home. We would not recommend it at all!

It is 30x16 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth. Children must always be supervised in and around the pool. Please do not carry food and drinks in and around the pool, so as to keep it clean. Please do not carry any glassware in and around the pool. This is for your safety. While we ensure the chlorine levels are kept in line with standard usage, extended exposure to pool water may cause rashes. If you have sensitive skin, please be cautious. Please shower before and after using the pool, and change out of clothes worn during your swim soon after you leave the pool. Please do not use the indoor furniture while wet. Swimming attire is mandatory while using the pool.

Guests do not have access to the kitchen.

All-male groups are not allowed. All mobile networks work fairly well here. There are 2 friendly dogs residing at the property. There are 7 CCTV cameras that capture the external areas, the kitchen and the living room for security purposes. The location of the villa is secluded. Kindly note that only family groups are allowed. All-male groups are not allowed. The average age of the members of the group must be 24 years or above.

In general, this is not permitted. However, on request, within reasonable limits and with prior permission, entertaining guests may be allowed. Please let the team know details such as number of guests and approximate time of visit well in advance. Visitors would have to carry valid IDs. There may be an extra charge associated with entertaining guests.

You can pay the security deposit of Rs 15000 along with the rest of the booking amount. If the number of guests staying does not exceed the number of guests booked for, and if the check-in and check-out times are adhered to, the amount will be refunded to you via a simple link. This will be done within 5 working days from the check-out date.

The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.
