Housekeeping will be taken care of. If you require any additional help, you can ask the caretaker, and they may charge a small fee for the same. If you are satisfied with the service, please feel free to leave a tip. The caretaker does not stay on the premises of the property but will be available throughout your stay.

Guests have access to the villa kitchen only for reheating purposes. Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. All meals are available in-house on an a la carte basis. The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.

It is equipped with all essentials, water purifier, crockery and cutlery.

When you arrive, you will find a set of fresh linen laid out for you. Linen is changed upon request to avoid wastage of water caused by unnecessary laundering. Please do let the caretaker know whenever you wish to have your bed sheets or towels changed!

Wi-Fi, although offered, is subject to network availability to any given time.

In case of a power outage, the inverter can support all the appliances except for the heaters and geysers for up to 24 hours. We shall provide alternative arrangements for the same.

A bonfire setup can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 2000, per session. Jacuzzi can be accessed at an additional cost of Rs. 3000 for 2 hours.

Then, head out to explore Bhimtal - visit the serene lake, stroll through pine-covered trails, or hop into the local cafés. By afternoon, come back for a dip in the outdoor jacuzzi with a view that’ll leave you breathless. Evenings? They’re made for bonfires, good conversations, and delicious food under a starry sky. Whether you're playing board games indoors or simply lounging with a book, Viva La Vida makes sure your day flows just right - relaxed, refreshing, and unforgettable.

If you wish to step out, here are a few of the activities that we recommend around here: Visit the Aquarium on Bhimtal island. Check out the Hanuman Garhi, a temple dedicated to Lord Hanuman that offers a magnificent view of the sunset over the Himalayas. Explore the Victoria Dam, surrounded by flower gardens.Enjoy local mouthwatering delicacies at Iheart Cafe, Birdsong Cafe and Aamod Resort.

All guests should keep at least one government authorized ID with them. The caretaker may request to see them when you check in. If there is any difference in the ID at the time of verification, check in will be denied and the amount will not be refunded.

No. We promptly report the use of drugs or any other type of illegal activity to the police, and they tend to offer an alternate accommodation that is not quite as pleasant as this lovely home. We would not recommend it at all!

There is no pool at the property.

Guests have access to the entire villa.

The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. If not adhered to, check-in will be denied. This property is situated in Chanfi, Bhimtal. There are no CCTV cameras that capture areas of the property for security purposes. Jio networks work fairly well here.

Please note, the max occupancy of the villa is 10, including infants, kids & adults. No additional guests will not be allowed.

We do train the caretakers to resolve any concerns efficiently, but if you still face any issues, we request you to connect with us, and our team will promptly help. You can pay the security deposit along with the rest of the booking amount. If the number of guests staying does not exceed the number of guests booked for, and if the check-in and check-out times are adhered to, the amount will be refunded to you via a simple link. This will be done within 5 working days from the check-out date.

Guests have access to the entire villa. The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker at the property will resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.
