Failure to settle the specified commercial charges for exceeding the original booking scope will result in the cancellation of the reservation and denial of check-in.

Yes, a trained and responsible caretaker is present to help you. Housekeeping will be taken care of. If you require any additional help, you can ask the caretaker, and they may charge a small fee for the same. If you are satisfied with the service, please feel free to leave a tip. Meals can be arranged in-house at an additional cost. There are two kitchens - one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor. Guests have access to both kitchens to prepare their own meals. Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed but cooking is strictly prohibited. Guests can choose to eat out or order in.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven, gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, water purifier, toaster, induction plate, mixer, and grinder.

The pool is 12X24 ft., with a depth of 5 ft. Guests can access the pool from 7 AM to 10 PM. Children must always be supervised in and around the pool. Please do not carry food and drinks in and around the pool, so as to keep it clean. Please do not carry any glassware in and around the pool. This is for your safety. While we ensure the chlorine levels are kept in line with standard usage, extended exposure to pool water may cause rashes. If you have sensitive skin, please be cautious. Please shower before and after using the pool, and change out of clothes worn during your swim soon after you leave the pool. Please do not use the indoor furniture while wet.

Guests have access to their rooms and common areas. Please note that there are a total of 4 bedrooms out of which guests have access to only 2 bedrooms on the first floor.

The road leading up to the villa might not be in a good condition. All-male groups are not allowed. Mobile networks such as Jio and Airtel work fairly well here. There are CCTV cameras that capture the common and external areas of the property for security purposes. The caretaker resides behind the premises of the property. The host of the property resides in close proximity to the premises, ensuring that guests have access to assistance and support should they require it.
