Yes, this is a pet-friendly property. However only 1 pet is allowed. Also, guests are liable to pay a security deposit of Rs. 5000. Please keep them supervised at all times to ensure there are no damages caused, and most importantly for their own safety in an unfamiliar space.

Yes, a trained and responsible caretaker is present to help you. Housekeeping will be taken care of. If you require any additional help, you can ask the caretaker, and they may charge a small fee for the same. If you are satisfied with the service, please feel free to leave a tip. The caretaker will be available till 10 PM.

Guests can choose to eat-out or order-in. Guests have access to the villa kitchen for reheating purposes only. Cooking and consumption of non vegetarian food is allowed.

It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier and toaster. Crockery and cutlery are available.

When you arrive, you will find a set of fresh linen laid out for you. Linen is changed upon request to avoid wastage of water caused by unnecessary laundering. Please do let the caretaker know whenever you wish to have your bed sheets or towels changed!

With the amount of greenery you’re surrounded by, strolling through the property with a cup of tea in your hand is a peaceful way to start the day. You might then like to swim in the pool, again taking in the views, and soaking up the tranquil atmosphere – it’s hard to believe you’re so close to the main city of Nashik. Stroll into the farms for an exotic fruit-picking experience. Head out for a quick meal at the local Misal Pav joints or explore Sula Wines, just a few minutes from the home. As evening falls, you might want to head to one of the viewing decks and prepare your grill for a scrumptious BBQ night, as you share a bottle of wine you picked out from the winery – it’s the perfect way to end your wine-capital holiday.

No. We promptly report the use of drugs or any other type of illegal activity to the police, and they tend to offer an alternate accommodation that is not quite as pleasant as this lovely home. We would not recommend it at all!

The pool is 30x12 ft. with a 4 ft. depth and a kids pool that is is 4x12 ft. in size with a 1.5 ft. depth. Guests can access the pools up to 10 PM. Children must always be supervised in and around the pool. Please do not carry food and drinks in and around the pool, so as to keep it clean. Please do not carry any glassware in and around the pool. This is for your safety. While we ensure the chlorine levels are kept in line with standard usage, extended exposure to pool water may cause rashes. If you have sensitive skin, please be cautious. Please shower before and after using the pool, and change out of clothes worn during your swim soon after you leave the pool. Please do not use the indoor furniture while wet.

Guests do not have access to the commercial kitchen.

Please note that the location of this villa is secluded. All-male groups are not allowed. Guests are advised to shut the windows and doors in the evenings, especially during the monsoon season, given the presence of insects and bugs around. All mobile networks work fairly well here. Guests are advised not to step out after dark, as it may not be safe, given the presence of wild creatures around. There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property, in the staff quarters. Please note that pets are not allowed in the pool or bedrooms. Please note that hookah/sheesha is not permitted on the premises due to local regulations.

In general, this is not permitted. However, on request, within reasonable limits and with prior permission, entertaining guests may be allowed. Please let the team know details such as number of guests and approximate time of visit well in advance. Visitors would have to carry valid IDs. There may be an extra charge associated with entertaining guests.

You can pay the security deposit along with the rest of the booking amount. If the number of guests staying does not exceed the number of guests booked for, and if the check-in and check-out times are adhered to, the amount will be refunded to you via a simple link. This will be done within 5 working days from the check-out date.

Guests have access to the entire villa except the commercial kitchen. The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.
