"Yes, a trained and responsible caretaker is present to help you. Housekeeping will be taken care of. If you require any additional help, you can ask the caretaker, and they may charge a small fee for the same. If you are satisfied with the service, please feel free to leave a tip. There is one caretaker and 1 chef who live nearby the property and will be available from 8 AM to 9 PM. In case of an emergency, an additional female staff member resides 100 metres away from the property, within the premises. There 1 housekeeping staff and a security guard who will be available at all times.

Guests do not have access to the kitchen. Breakfast is complimentary. All other meals are available on an a la carte basis, cooked by an experienced in-house chef whose expertise lies in Chinese, North Indian and South Indian Food. Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. Kindly note that food delivery may be infrequent. We recommend indulging in the in-house meal spread. Jain food can be provided on prior request.

It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerators for veg and non-veg, toaster, water purifier, mixer-grinder, crockery and cutlery.

When you arrive, you will find a set of fresh linen laid out for you. Linen is changed upon request to avoid wastage of water caused by unnecessary laundering. Please do let the caretaker know whenever you wish to have your bed sheets or towels changed!

There is a landline that the guests can access for making unlimited domestic calls. The washing machine can be used at an additional cost.

No. We promptly report the use of drugs or any other type of illegal activity to the police, and they tend to offer an alternate accommodation that is not quite as pleasant as this lovely home. We would not recommend it at all!

There is no restriction to access any part of the property.

The road leading up to the villa may not be concrete. There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas and perimeter solar lighting for security purposes. Guests are advised to stay cautious of bugs due to the villa's location. There are fire extinguishers at the premises as well. All mobile networks work fairly well here.

In general, this is not permitted. However, on request, within reasonable limits and with prior permission, entertaining guests may be allowed. Please let the team know details such as number of guests and approximate time of visit well in advance. Visitors would have to carry valid IDs. There may be an extra charge associated with entertaining guests.
