If you require any additional help, you can ask the caretaker, and they may charge a small fee for the same. If you are satisfied with the service, please feel free to leave a tip. The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.

Guests do not have access to the kitchen. All meals are available at an additional cost, on prior notice. Guests can also eat out in nearby restaurants like Hotel Dhairya, Nisarga Garden, Himalaya Punjab Family Restaurant and Hotel Wagheshear Restaurant. Ordering-in of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, a water filter, a toaster, a mixer-grinder, an electric-kettle, a refrigerator and a microwave. Crockery and cutlery are available.

When you arrive, you will find a set of fresh linen laid out for you. Linen is changed upon request to avoid wastage of water caused by unnecessary laundering. Please do let the caretaker know whenever you wish to have your bed sheets or towels changed!

The guests have access to the entire villa.

Stags and young college groups are not allowed. Only families and corporates are allowed. There is a CCTV camera installed near the main gate, the entrance, back side of the kitchen in the living room for security purposes. The guests have access to the entire villa except for the areas in the left of the living room. Guests are requested to keep their windows shut given the presence of insects around. There is a friendly resident dog on the premises of the same property for security purposes. There are a few blotches on the walls in some areas of the villa. Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel work fairly well here. All male and female groups are not allowed. Only mixed groups and families can book the property.

In general, this is not permitted. However, on request, within reasonable limits and with prior permission, entertaining guests may be allowed. Please let the team know details such as number of guests and approximate time of visit well in advance. Visitors would have to carry valid IDs. There may be an extra charge associated with entertaining guests.
