Yes, a trained and responsible caretaker is present to help you. Housekeeping will be taken care of. If you require any additional help, you can ask the caretaker, and they may charge a small fee for the same. If you are satisfied with the service, please feel free to leave a tip. The caretaker lives on the premises of the property.

All meals can be prepared by an in-house chef at an additional cost. The food is freshly prepared by the in-house caretaker who is available till 8 PM only. Guests are requested to place their orders well in advance. Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

It is equipped with a water purifier, electric kettle, crockery & cutlery.

When you arrive, you will find a set of fresh linen laid out for you. Linen is changed upon request to avoid wastage of water caused by unnecessary laundering. Please do let the caretaker know whenever you wish to have your bed sheets or towels changed!

No. We promptly report the use of drugs or any other type of illegal activity to the police, and they tend to offer an alternate accommodation that is not quite as pleasant as this lovely home. We would not recommend it at all!

Kindly note that the guests will have to park their cars outside the premises of the property as there is no private parking space. The road leading up to the villa may not be concrete. Though Airtel provides the strongest network here, all mobile networks work fairly well here too. There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. The caretaker does not stay on the premises of the same property. Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
