There are CCTV cameras that captures the external areas for security purposes. The caretaker lives on the premises of the same property. All-male groups are not allowed. Any damages caused by the guest during the stay will be chargeable.

If the number of guests staying does not exceed the number of guests booked for, and if the check-in and check-out times are adhered to, the amount will be refunded to you via a simple link.
