Any other permissions required for photo shoot/functions will need to be taken by the guests themselves. A sumptuous breakfast is included in the tariff. Freshly brewed tea and coffee will be served at breakfast and at afternoon tea. At other times of the day, you will have access to a tea and coffee station, or it can be prepared for you at an additional charge. Guests can opt to have a private chef for a personalised culinary experience at an additional charge of INR 3500 + GST per meal with an additional charge for groceries at actuals.

Unfortunately, there is no option for part payment. Guests are required to pay 100% of the payment before check-in.

Once you have chosen your dates and your booking has been accepted, you will receive a payment link where the payment can be processed. In case you're unable to make an online payment through the link, you could also deposit the cash in our bank account directly. We also offer other options like PayTM, NEFT/IMPS or UPI.

If the Guest cancels the booking anywhere before 21 days before checkin date, they are entitled to a 100% refund. If the Guest cancels the booking anywhere between 21-11 days before checkin date, they are entitled to a 50% refund. Any cancellations made after 11 days to checkin date, there would be no refund. If the Guest has made a partial payment, he/ she is not entitled to any refund whatsoever. If a guest uses the “NOCANCEL” coupon while booking, all cancellation policies are overridden. The guest is not entitled to any refund and will have to pay a 100% rescheduling fee in the event of the same. Cancellation for peak dates that is Independence day (15th Aug), Diwali (29th Oct to 10th Nov), Christmas and New year (24th Dec to 2nd Jan) and Republic day (26th Jan) will not be accepted. A nominal 2.75% convenience fee would be deducted from the refund amount for processing of the cancellation

All the bedroom have private bathrooms, again easy to access at night without any supervision. All our bathrooms have anti-skid surface. In case of a medical emergency, the caretaker has the numbers for doctor-on-call or ambulance service-on-call. The home is ambulance accessible.

Candolim beach, 6 mins drive. The tides are safe, but we recommend you to enjoy the waves from a distance post sunset.

Yes, there is a private plunge pool within the complex. Pool timings are between 9 am to 7 pm. The water is chlorinated. As there is no lifeguard on hand, guests are advised to be cautious (especially around kids) and to refrain from swimming late at night. Our pool is available for poolside parties. However, we recommend keeping alcohol, food and glass bottles away from the pool to avoid accidents.
