Yes, a trained and responsible caretaker is present to help you. Housekeeping will be taken care of. If you require any additional help, you can ask the caretaker, and they may charge a small fee for the same. If you are satisfied with the service, please feel free to leave a tip.

Guests do not have access to the kitchen. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost. The costs for the aforementioned food offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. The meals will be prepared in the restaurant and will be delivered to the villa. The package comprises lunch, evening snacks, dinner, followed by breakfast (for the next day). Guests are requested to place their order 48 hours prior to the check-in date. Last-minute orders are not allowed. Meal prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. Guests can choose to pay for the food via Google Pay or Paytm. Cash transactions are generally not encouraged. Outside food is not allowed

The kitchen is equipped with crockery and cutlery.

When you arrive, you will find a set of fresh linen laid out for you. Linen is changed upon request to avoid wastage of water caused by unnecessary laundering. Please do let the caretaker know whenever you wish to have your bed sheets or towels changed!

The property, located in a secluded rural area of Maharashtra, runs on MSEB power. During outages, the generator can operate up to 6 hours in total, with breaks after every 2 hours to ensure use throughout the day.

A bonfire setup can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs.1000 for 1 hour. Guests can access the jacuzzi for no extra charge. A complimentary tractor ride of approximately 1 hour can be arranged, which will take the guests to the lake point, Nakshatra Garden and nearby nature trails. The costs for the aforementioned beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge

While the most important thing about your time here will be spending quality time with your loved ones in a beautiful and private space, the following activities may add a touch of entertainment to the experience: Within the property, guests can enjoy their favourite drinks by the lawn or have a quiet stroll to unwind and relax. The private pool jacuzzi make an ideal spot for relaxation. They can also soak in the beautiful views that each balcony has to offer. Guests can light up a bonfire while enjoying delicious food prepared by the in-house caretaker.

If you wish to step out, here are a few of the activities that we recommend around here: Enjoy basket weaving workshops, spend some peaceful time near Vada Lake or pay a divine visit at Ganesh Temple.

All guests should keep at least one government authorized ID with them. The caretaker may request to see them when you check in.

No. We promptly report the use of drugs or any other type of illegal activity to the police, and they tend to offer an alternate accommodation that is not quite as pleasant as this lovely home. We would not recommend it at all!

The pool is 14x16 ft. in size and 3.5 ft. in depth. Children must always be supervised in and around the pool. Please do not carry food and drinks in and around the pool, so as to keep it clean. Please do not carry any glassware in and around the pool. This is for your safety. While we ensure the chlorine levels are kept in line with standard usage, extended exposure to pool water may cause rashes. If you have sensitive skin, please be cautious. Please shower before and after using the pool, and change out of clothes worn during your swim soon after you leave the pool. Please do not use the indoor furniture while wet.

The caretaker stays in the outhouse which is on the premises of the property and will be available from 09:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The exteriors and living room are monitored via the presence of CCTV cameras for security purposes. All-male and female groups are allowed. Guests are advised to keep all the windows shut during the evenings as a preventive measure for bugs and insects at the property due to its location. Mobile networks such as Jio, Airtel and Vi work fairly well here. Please note that for less than 4 guests, only two rooms can be made available. In case the property is occupied by more than 4 guests, the third room can be made available for the same. The jacuzzi does not have a heating option. Please note that hookah/sheesha is not permitted on the premises due to local regulations.

Please let the team know details such as number of guests and approximate time of visit well in advance. Visitors would have to carry valid IDs. You can pay the security deposit along with the rest of the booking amount. If the number of guests staying does not exceed the number of guests booked for, and if the check-in and check-out times are adhered to, the amount will be refunded to you via a simple link. This will be done within 5 working days from the check-out date.

The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.
