Yes, the place is available for shoots. The cost to conduct a shoot may differ from the stay cost. Please inform the team about your requirement at villas@vistarooms.com to discuss this further. Should the property be utilised for commercial filming, video shooting, or group activities that exceed the parameters of the initial booking, the guest shall be liable to incur supplementary charges in addition to the standard villa booking fees. Furthermore, an extra refundable security deposit shall be required to address any potential damages arising from the extended usage of the property. Failure to settle the specified commercial charges for exceeding the original booking scope will result in the cancellation of the reservation and denial of check-in.
Yes, a trained and responsible caretaker is present to help you. Housekeeping will be taken care of. If you require any additional help, you can ask the caretaker, and they may charge a small fee for the same. If you are satisfied with the service, please feel free to leave a tip. The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property but will be available till 10 PM.
Guests can choose to eat out or order in from nearby restaurants or the clubhouse. Guests can access the kitchen only for reheating. Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

The pool is 34x13 ft. in size and 5 ft. in depth. Guests have access to the pool from 9 AM to 11 PM. Children must always be supervised in and around the pool. Please do not carry food and drinks in and around the pool, so as to keep it clean. Please do not carry any glassware in and around the pool. This is for your safety. While we ensure the chlorine levels are kept in line with standard usage, extended exposure to pool water may cause rashes. If you have sensitive skin, please be cautious. Please shower before and after using the pool, and change out of clothes worn during your swim soon after you leave the pool. Please do not use the indoor furniture while wet. There is a separate kids' section in the pool.

Mobile networks such as Airtel and Jio work fairly well here. All-male groups are not allowed.
