There is no pool at the property.

There is no area fo the house that access is restricted to.

There are CCTV cameras that captures the common and external areas for security purposes. All male groups are allowed to book the property, however, a refundable deposit of Rs. 10,000 will be levied. The caretaker lives on the premises of the same property. Guests are advised to stay cautious of any insects or bugs due to the villa location. Hooka is not allowed as it is illegal per the Tamil Nadu Government norms. Please be aware that, bonfire is permitted until 10 PM only due to restrictions imposed by the district administration. Check may be denied without the relevant IDs that guests have to pre-submit online.

In general, this is not permitted. However, on request, within reasonable limits and with prior permission, entertaining guests may be allowed. Please let the team know details such as number of guests and approximate time of visit well in advance. Visitors would have to carry valid IDs. There may be an extra charge associated with entertaining guests.
