Yes, pets are most welcome here, however, as a standard pet policy, it will depend on the type of pet and the breed of the pet. Also, as per our standard pet policy, we allow only up to 2 pets. Pets will not be allowed inside the Jacuzzi or around the Jacuzzi area. In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets. Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area. As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food. Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them. Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.An additional charge of Rs.1500 will be levied for per pet, per day.

Yes, a trained and responsible caretaker is present to help you. Housekeeping will be taken care of. If you require any additional help, you can ask the caretaker, and they may charge a small fee for the same. If you are satisfied with the service, please feel free to leave a tip. Some staff lives at the villa premises and some of them live nearby the villa.

Guests do not have access to the kitchen. Breakfast is complimentary. Guests can order vegetarian or non-vegetarian meal options on an ?† la carte basis. Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. Guests can also choose to order in food or take away from the Grape Country Resort.

When you arrive, you will find a set of fresh linen laid out for you. Linen is changed upon request to avoid wastage of water caused by unnecessary laundering. Please do let the caretaker know whenever you wish to have your bed sheets or towels changed! While we do ensure the space is clean and comfortable for you, being a home, it may not mimic the feel of a hotel. Eating at the local dhaba. A visit to Grape County Resort, Sula vineyard, Harihar fort, Trimbakeshwar temple. Spend some peaceful time near Durgawadi waterfall, Harihar waterfall, etc.

Please do not jump around in the jacuzzi. There is an attached reservoir, guests are requested to not go near it since there are no security measures for the same. Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel/Vi work fairly well here. Given the increased need for sanitization and deep cleaning required before every stay, we are unable to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs for the safety of the guests and staff members. Kindly keep all windows and doors shut throughout the day, especially during monsoons, given the presence of insects around. This property cannot be booked by the local residents of Nashik. The road leading up to the villa is not concrete and has potholes owing to the unfavourable weather conditions. The property features an open dining area. There are CCTV cameras present at the property that capture the outdoors, open dining area, and the pathway for security purposes. Please note that hookah/sheesha is not permitted on the premises due to local regulations.

In general, this is not permitted. However, on request, within reasonable limits and with prior permission, entertaining guests may be allowed. Please let the team know details such as number of guests and approximate time of visit well in advance. Visitors would have to carry valid IDs.
