We can provide accommodation for 2 drivers at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per person, per day, inclusive of meal charges. The staff will be accommodated on the premises, in the staff room that is equipped with a mini-fridge, heater and a TV. Commercial drivers are not allowed. The cost for staff meals will align with that of adult meals, and an 18% GST charge will be added to these charges.

Yes, a trained and responsible caretaker is present to help you. Housekeeping will be taken care of. If you require any additional help, you can ask the caretaker, and they may charge a small fee for the same. If you are satisfied with the service, please feel free to leave a tip. The caretaker lives in the premises of the property.
Guests do not have access to the kitchen. All meals can be provided in-house on an a la carte basis. The order for lunch and dinner will have to be placed 3 hours prior. Snacks can be ordered 30 minutes prior. Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

When you arrive, you will find a set of fresh linen laid out for you. Linen is changed upon request to avoid wastage of water caused by unnecessary laundering. Please do let the caretaker know whenever you wish to have your bed sheets or towels changed!

In case of a power outage, the 64KVA generator can support all the appliances for up to 24 hours. If the generator is running for more than 8 hours, an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per hour will be levied.

Carry a good read to enjoy peacefully. Soothe your eyes with the beautiful views around. Relax in the sunroom. Visit the heritage railway tracks located 100 metres away from the property. Stroll around the sprawling farm. Venture out and go on a 20-minute hike, and admire the news from atop.

No. We promptly report the use of drugs or any other type of illegal activity to the police, and they tend to offer an alternate accommodation that is not quite as pleasant as this lovely home. We would not recommend it at all!

You can pay the security deposit along with the rest of the booking amount. If the number of guests staying does not exceed the number of guests booked for, and if the check-in and check-out times are adhered to, the amount will be refunded to you via a simple link. This will be done within 5 working days from the check-out date.
