No refund for cancellations made less than 11 days before check-in. A nominal 5% cancellation fee is charged for processing refunds; travel-credit refunds have no processing fee. Refunds are processed as travel credits if any travel credits were used for the booking. Non-cancellable coupons override all cancellation policies: no monetary refund, though rescheduling is possible. Cancellations on peak dates are not accepted. Extreme last-minute cancellations: 85% refund only if SaffronStays rebooks the same dates, else treated as a no-show with no refund. No refund whatsoever on partial payments. Outside food is not allowed in the villa. Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission. Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay. Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed. We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm. Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits. Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities. Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited. The pool (if present) is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times. Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items. As required by law, every guest above 4 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports. Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave. Please shower before entering the Jacuzzi. Wear suitable attire. Only 4 adults are allowed at a time. Enter & exit with care. No pushing or jumping into the Jacuzzi. Water temperature maintained only around 30 degree Celsius for the Spa Jacuzzi. Shampoo, soap, suncream or lotion and food, beverages or glassware are not allowed into the Jacuzzi. Swimming caps are required for ladies with long hair. Please maintain cleanliness and hygiene at all times. Children/infants must be supervised by adults at all times. Pregnant women, elderly persons or anyone with medical concerns should consult a doctor before using these facilities. All guests use the Jacuzzi at their own risk. The management is not responsible for accidents or injuries that may occur while using the facilities. In case of an emergency, please notify caretaker immediately. Please do not drain and fill in water yourself and please call caretaker for further assistance. The Spa Jacuzzi usage fee is ₹2,000/- (inclusive of all taxes) for 2 hours (per guest) of use. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in a fine of ₹10,000/- which will be charged to the guest’s account.
