We are unable to provide driver accommodation within the villa premises, however, it can be arranged nearby at an additional cost of Rs.600 per person, per night. The stay cost does not include meals, which must be arranged separately. Meals will not be provided at the villa. Maid charges are at Rs 1200 + 12% GST per person, per day (not inclusive of meals). The cost for staff meals will align with that of adult meals, and an 18% GST charge will be added to these charges.

Breakfast is complimentary. Guests do not have access to the kitchen.- Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost. The costs for the aforementioned food offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. Cook is available at additional cost. Groceries will be charged as per actuals. However, if the guests wish to have breakfast, guests will have to make the provisions for the groceries themselves. Snacks can be provided at an additional cost on an a la carte basis. Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

A small kitchenette is offered in both rooms. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven, gas, toaster, mixer-grinder, water purifier and a refrigerator. Crockery and cutlery are available for 6 people. Guests do not have access to the kitchen.

When you arrive, you will find a set of fresh linen laid out for you. Linen is changed upon request to avoid wastage of water caused by unnecessary laundering. Please do let the caretaker know whenever you wish to have your bed sheets or towels changed!

You can pay the security deposit along with the rest of the booking amount. If the number of guests staying does not exceed the number of guests booked for, and if the check-in and check-out times are adhered to, the amount will be refunded to you via a simple link. This will be done within 3 working days from the check-out date. For bookings with kids, a refundable security deposit of Rs. 5000 will be levied at the time of booking.
