Yes, a trained and responsible caretaker is present to help you. Housekeeping will be taken care of. If you require any additional help, you can ask the caretaker, and they may charge a small fee for the same. If you are satisfied with the service, please feel free to leave a tip.

Guests have access to the kitchen at an additional charge of Rs.2000 per day. All meals inclusive of breakfast, lunch, and dinner can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs.1850 per adult and Rs.1450 per child. Guests can also choose the option that includes breakfast, lunch, and a barbecue meal that can be made available at an extra cost of Rs.1950 per adult and Rs. 1500 per child Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. Outside food is not allowed.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, electric kettle, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster and a mixer-grinder. Crockery and cutlery are available. Guests do not have access to the villa kitchen.

When you arrive, you will find a set of fresh linen laid out for you. Linen is changed upon request to avoid wastage of water caused by unnecessary laundering. Please do let the caretaker know whenever you wish to have your bed sheets or towels changed!

The kitchen can be used at Rs. 1000 per day for elaborate cooking. Barbecue kit is available at Rs. 500 per hour, raw materials on actuals. Barbecue dishes prepared by chef will be chargeable. Bonfire is available at Rs. 1500 per hour. The washing machine can be used at Rs. 200 per use.

No. We promptly report the use of drugs or any other type of illegal activity to the police, and they tend to offer an alternate accommodation that is not quite as pleasant as this lovely home. We would not recommend it at all!

The pool can be used from 8 AM to 8 PM. It is 26x45 ft. in size and 5.5 ft.deep. Children must always be supervised in and around the pool. Please do not carry food and drinks in and around the pool, so as to keep it clean. Please do not carry any glassware in and around the pool.

Every guest staying at the property must provide original government-issued photo IDs for verification and submit copies of these IDs before the check-in date, in compliance with government security regulations. The property will only permit guests who submit their photo IDs to stay. No external vendors are allowed for Events Decor & Catering. You can pay the security deposit along with the rest of the booking amount. If the number of guests staying does not exceed the number of guests booked for, and if the check-in and check-out times are adhered to, the amount will be refunded to you via a simple link.
