Yes, pets are most welcome here! Please keep them supervised at all times to ensure there are no damages caused, and most importantly for their own safety in an unfamiliar space. Pets are strictly not allowed in or around the pool, otherwise an additional cleaning fee of Rs. 3000 will be levied. Pets are not allowed on beds or on any other furniture. Guests will be liable to pay for any damages caused by their pets.
Yes, the place is available for shoots. The cost to conduct a shoot may differ from the stay cost. Please inform the team about your requirement at villas@stayvista.com to discuss this further.
Yes, a trained and responsible caretaker is present to help you. Housekeeping will be taken care of. If you require any additional help, you can ask the caretaker, and they may charge a small fee for the same. If you are satisfied with the service, please feel free to leave a tip. The caretaker lives on the premises of the property. The caretaker will be available till 11 PM, with breaks in between.
An in-house cook can be provided on a per-meal basis. Please note that groceries for the above meals will be charged additionally, as per actuals. Guests can also order from the pre-planned meal menus as well as the A La Carte items mentioned in the Meals section. Guests are requested to convey their meal preferences to the cook at least 5 hours in advance. Guests can also order-in or go out to nearby restaurants. The menus for the same will be available at the property.
It is equipped with a convection oven, gas stove, electric kettle, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster, baking ware and a mixer-grinder. Crockery and cutlery are also available.
When you arrive, you will find a set of fresh linen laid out for you. Linen is changed upon request to avoid wastage of water caused by unnecessary laundering. Please do let the caretaker know whenever you wish to have your bed sheets or towels changed!
Wi-Fi, although provided, is subject to network availability at any given time. Wi-Fi may be weak in certain areas of the villa, however, Jio dongles are available.
In case of a power outage, the generator can support lights, fans and a few ACs for up to 24 hours and the inverter can support lights and fans in the bedrooms.
The washing machine can be used at no additional charge, however an additional charge of Rs. 30 per wash will be levied for the detergent. Three cycles are available at the property for the guests to use. A taxi from your point of arrival to the villa at any hour can be provided at an additional cost of Rs. 1900 per trip.

No. We promptly report the use of drugs or any other type of illegal activity to the police, and they tend to offer an alternate accommodation that is not quite as pleasant as this lovely home. We would not recommend it at all!

The pool is 20x8 metres in size and approximately 5ft. in depth. Children must always be supervised in and around the pool. Please do not carry food and drinks in and around the pool, so as to keep it clean. Please do not carry any glassware in and around the pool. Pets are not allowed in or around the pool. Diving in the pool is strictly not permitted. This is for your safety. While we ensure the chlorine levels are kept in line with standard usage, extended exposure to pool water may cause rashes. Please don’t swim in the dark, lights must always be switched on for safety reasons. If you have sensitive skin, please be cautious. Please shower before and after using the pool, and change out of clothes worn during your swim soon after you leave the pool. Please do not use the indoor furniture while wet.
Guests have access to the entire villa.
The property is not in main Goa. Guests can take a ferry that departs at specific timings or access the island by road. Mobile networks such as Jio, Vi and Airtel work fairly well in the verandahs. Guests are advised to be cautious given the presence of snakes on the island. Guests are requested to shut the windows and doors during the evenings, given the presence of mosquitoes and insects around. All-male groups are not allowed.
In general, this is not permitted. However, on request, within reasonable limits and with prior permission, entertaining guests may be allowed. Please let the team know details such as number of guests and approximate time of visit well in advance. Visitors would have to carry valid IDs. There may be an extra charge associated with entertaining guests.

You can pay the security deposit of Rs. 12,000 along with the rest of the booking amount. If the number of guests staying does not exceed the number of guests booked for, and if the check-in and check-out times are adhered to, the amount will be refunded to you via a simple link. This will be done within 5 working days from the check-out date.
The guests have access to the entire villa. The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.
