Yes, a trained and responsible caretaker is present to help you. Housekeeping will be taken care of. If you require any additional help, you can ask the caretaker, and they may charge a small fee for the same. If you are satisfied with the service, please feel free to leave a tip. The caretaker lives on the premises of the property. The caretaker will be available till 10 PM. If needed post that, an additional service charge will be applicable.
Guests do not have access to the commercial kitchen. Guests can reheat their food on prior request. All meals can be provided at an additional cost. This meal package comprises lunch, high tea, dinner, and breakfast. Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

The plunge pool is 15x10 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. in size. Children must always be supervised in and around the pool. Please do not carry food and drinks in and around the pool, so as to keep it clean. Please do not carry any glassware in and around the pool. This is for your safety. While we ensure the chlorine levels are kept in line with standard usage, extended exposure to pool water may cause rashes. If you have sensitive skin, please be cautious. Pets are not allowed in or around the pool. Please shower before and after using the pool, and change out of clothes worn during your swim soon after you leave the pool. Please do not use the indoor furniture while wet.
Guests have access to their bedrooms and common areas except for the commercial kitchen and the store room in Unit 1. Please note that there are a total of 4 units housing 8 bedrooms, out of which guests have access to only 2 units offering 3 bedrooms. The fourth unit houses a total of 2 bedrooms, out of which guests have access to only 1 bedroom on the ground floor.
The villa is home to an abundance of artifacts and paintings. Guests are requested to be careful around them. Please note that a few stairs do not have railings, Guests are requested to be careful regarding the same. All-male groups and unmarried couples are not allowed to book the property. The road leading up to the villa might not be concrete and it is not advisable for pregnant ladies to travel to this villa given the road conditions. The villa is located in a secluded area. There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas of the property. The caretaker resides on the premises of the property.
