A cook is available to make meals. Breakfast is complimentary. All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost. Consumption of non-vegetarian is allowed. Guests do not have access to the villa kitchen. Outside food is not allowed. A barbeque meal can also be arranged at an additional cost.

The kitchen is equipped with a water purifier. Crockery and cutlery are available for 10 people.

When you arrive, you will find a set of fresh linen laid out for you. Linen is changed upon request to avoid wastage of water caused by unnecessary laundering. Please do let the caretaker know whenever you wish to have your bed sheets or towels changed! While we do ensure the space is clean and comfortable for you, being a home, it may not mimic the feel of a hotel. However, if there is any lapse in terms of cleanliness, please inform the caretaker, and we would also appreciate you bringing it to our notice. No. We promptly report the use of drugs or any other type of illegal activity to the police, and they tend to offer an alternate accommodation that is not quite as pleasant as this lovely home. We would not recommend it at all!

Yes - you are allowed to play loud music and party it up! However, the volume must be kept low after 10 PM.

Unfortunately, we are unable to allow unmarried couples to stay here unless they’re a part of a bigger group. This is in no way moral policing, but a policy this particular place adheres to in order to prevent illegal activities. However, most of our partner homes do allow unmarried couples. The pool can be used from 7 AM to 7 PM. The pool is 4 ft. deep. Children must always be supervised in and around the pool. Please do not carry food and drinks in and around the pool, so as to keep it clean. Please do not carry any glassware in and around the pool. This is for your safety. While we ensure the chlorine levels are kept in line with standard usage, extended exposure to pool water may cause rashes. If you have sensitive skin, please be cautious. Please shower before and after using the pool, and change out of clothes worn during your swim soon after you leave the pool. Please do not use the indoor furniture while wet.

Access is restricted to certain parts of the house.

There is a CCTV camera installed in the outdoor area for security purposes. There is electrical fencing around the property for security purpose, guests are advised to be cautious especially with children. As the property is located amidst the forest, guests are advised to keep the windows shut in order to prevent mosquitoes from entering inside. Guests are advised to order food from nearby restaurants before 7 PM. Diving in the river is not allowed, given the presence of crocodiles. As the villa is located in a peaceful forested area, guests might hear the chirping, humming and howling of wild creatures around. Breakfast will be served from 8 AM to 10 AM. This property does not allow bachelor groups. Laundry services can be availed at an additional cost. Bonfire and barbecuq can be arranged at an additional cost. Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel work fairly well here.
