The caretaker resides on the premises of the property and will be available from 8 AM to 7 PM.

There are 2 kitchens - 1 in the villa and 1 outside the villa. Guests can cook non-vegetarian food in the kitchen outside villa. Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals. The pool is 24x14 ft. in size and up to 4 ft. in depth. Guests have access to the pool till 10 PM. Children must always be supervised in and around the pool. Please do not carry food and drinks in and around the pool, so as to keep it clean. Please do not carry any glassware in and around the pool. This is for your safety. While we ensure the chlorine levels are kept in line with standard usage, extended exposure to pool water may cause rashes. If you have sensitive skin, please be cautious. Please shower before and after using the pool, and change out of clothes worn during your swim soon after you leave the pool. Please do not use the indoor furniture while wet.
Guests do not have access to the second floor terrace.
All mobile networks work fairly well here. There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. There is a well-ventilated living room that is not equipped with an AC. Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.
