Yes, a trained and responsible caretaker is present to help you. Housekeeping will be taken care of. If you require any additional help, you can ask the caretaker, and they may charge a small fee for the same. If you are satisfied with the service, please feel free to leave a tip. The caretaker will be available at all times.

Guests can access the kitchen only for reheating purposes for an extra charge of Rs. 500 per day. Breakfast is complimentary. All other meals can be provided in-house at an additional charge. The microwave and oven can be used for reheating only vegetarian food. Consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed. A cook is also available at an additional cost of Rs. 3000 per day. Groceries will be charged as per actuals.

No. We promptly report the use of drugs or any other type of illegal activity to the police, and they tend to offer an alternate accommodation that is not quite as pleasant as this lovely home. We would not recommend it at all!

Please note that the property features a pool however it is currently under maintenance but can be used by the guests at their own discretion. The pool is 15x10 ft. in size and 5 ft. in depth. Guests can access the pool from 10 AM to 8 PM. Children must always be supervised in and around the pool. Please do not carry food and drinks in and around the pool, so as to keep it clean. Please do not carry any glassware in and around the pool. This is for your safety. While we ensure the chlorine levels are kept in line with standard usage, extended exposure to pool water may cause rashes. If you have sensitive skin, please be cautious. Please shower before and after using the pool, and change out of clothes worn during your swim soon after you leave the pool. Please do not use the indoor furniture while wet.

Guests have access to their rooms and common areas. There are a total of 5 bedrooms out of which guests have access to only 3 bedrooms on the first floor. Please note that guests have access to only 2 of the 7 gardens.

There are CCTV cameras that capture the common and exterior areas of the property for security purposes. Kindly be mindful of the property's location and keep doors and windows closed to prevent bugs and insects from entering. The caretaker resides on the premises of the property and will be available at all times. All mobile networks work perfectly well here. All-male groups are not allowed.
