Yes, pets are most welcome here, however, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 1 pet. In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets. Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them. Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove. Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area. A refundable deposit will be collected before the check-in date if a pet is accompanying the guests. Please keep them supervised at all times to ensure there are no damages caused, and most importantly for their own safety in an unfamiliar space.

Yes, the place is available for shoots. The cost to conduct a shoot may differ from the stay cost. Please inform the team about your requirement at villas@stayvista.com to discuss this further.

Yes, a trained and responsible caretaker is present to help you. Housekeeping will be taken care of. If you require any additional help, you can ask the caretaker, and they may charge a small fee for the same. If you are satisfied with the service, please feel free to leave a tip. The caretaker lives nearby the villa.

All meals can be provided at an additional cost. Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. Outside food is not allowed.

There is no kitchen at the property.

When you arrive, you will find a set of fresh linen laid out for you. Linen is changed upon request to avoid wastage of water caused by unnecessary laundering. Please do let the caretaker know whenever you wish to have your bed sheets or towels changed! While we do ensure the space is clean and comfortable for you, being a home, it may not mimic the feel of a hotel. However, if there is any lapse in terms of cleanliness, please inform the caretaker, and we would also appreciate you bringing it to our notice. We take your feedback very seriously, and take immediate actions to resolve your concerns.

Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.

The property is located in a secluded rural area of Maharashtra powered by MSEB. In case of power outages, the Genset can run up to 6 hours in total. Therefore, it'll be turned off after 2 hours for a duration of 1 hour so as to be used throughout the day. There is also an inverter present that will be used for the power supply once the generator is turned off. The generator can support all appliances except for the jacuzzi.

While the most important thing about your time here will be spending quality time with your loved ones in a beautiful and private space, the following activities may add a touch of entertainment to the experience: Carry card and board games to play - guaranteed, endless fun! Savour a de-stressing soak in the jacuzzi. Carry a good read to enjoy peacefully. Request for the complimentary 1.5-hour tractor ride to be arranged, which will take you to the lake point and Nakshatra Garden. Soothe your eyes with the beautiful views around.

If you wish to step out, here are a few of the activities that we recommend around here: Walking along the beautiful nature trails in the vicinity. A visit to Kelva Beach, Dahanu Mahalaxmi Temple and Tungareshwar Wildlife Sanctuary.

Yes - alcohol is permitted, but only indoors. Please ensure you and your group stay absolutely safe. We also trust our guests to enjoy a happy high without indulging in drunken misbehaviour of any kind!

No. We promptly report the use of drugs or any other type of illegal activity to the police, and they tend to offer an alternate accommodation that is not quite as pleasant as this lovely home. We would not recommend it at all!

There is no pool at this property. However, there is a jacuzzi. The jacuzzi room can accommodate 2 people. Guests will have to wait approximately 90 minutes for the water to get lukewarm.

Access is restricted to certain parts of the house.

One child below 4 years can be accommodated, however, no other extra guests can be accommodated. Please note that hookah/sheesha is not permitted on the premises due to local regulations.

In general, this is not permitted. However, on request, within reasonable limits and with prior permission, entertaining guests may be allowed. Please let the team know details such as number of guests and approximate time of visit well in advance. Visitors would have to carry valid IDs.
