Should the property be utilised for commercial filming, video shooting, or group activities that exceed the parameters of the initial booking, the guest shall be liable to incur supplementary charges in addition to the standard villa booking fees. Furthermore, an extra refundable security deposit shall be required to address any potential damages arising from the extended usage of the property. Failure to settle the specified commercial charges for exceeding the original booking scope will result in the cancellation of the reservation and denial of check-in.
Yes, a trained and responsible caretaker is present to help you. Housekeeping will be taken care of. If you require any additional help, you can ask the caretaker. If you are satisfied with the service, please feel free to leave a tip.
Guests may use the kitchen to prepare their own meals. Guests will have to arrange for the ingredients themselves. The caretaker can bring the groceries from the market, at a fair tip. Guests can eat out or order in from nearby restaurants such as Palace On The Way, Dhabalogy and RAAS Devigarh. Cooking of non-vegetarian food is not allowed, however, consumption is allowed. However, if guests wish to barbecue non-vegetarian food, they can use the kitchen for the same.
It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier and an induction plate. Crockery and cutlery are also available.
When you arrive, you will find a set of fresh linen laid out for you. Linen is changed upon request to avoid wastage of water caused by unnecessary laundering. Please do let the caretaker know whenever you wish to have your bed sheets or towels changed!

No. We promptly report the use of drugs or any other type of illegal activity to the police, and they tend to offer an alternate accommodation that is not quite as pleasant as this lovely home. We would not recommend it at all!

The pool is 17.5x18 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. in depth. Children must always be supervised in and around the pool. Please do not carry food and drinks in and around the pool, so as to keep it clean. Please do not carry any glassware in and around the pool. This is for your safety. While we ensure the chlorine levels are kept in line with standard usage, extended exposure to pool water may cause rashes. If you have sensitive skin, please be cautious. Please shower before and after using the pool, and change out of clothes worn during your swim soon after you leave the pool. Please do not use the indoor furniture while wet. Swimming attire is mandatory while using the pool. Pets are not allowed in the pool. Guests will have to bear the cost of the damage, if any.

The location of the villa is secluded. Mobile networks such as Jio work fairly work well here. There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. All-male groups are not allowed. Kindly note that for any corporate bookings and events, a refundable security charge will be levied.
