Yes, pets are most welcome here! However an additional charge of Rs. 700 per pet, per day will be levied. Please keep them supervised at all times to ensure there are no damages caused, and most importantly for their own safety in an unfamiliar space.

Yes, a trained and responsible caretaker is present to help you. Housekeeping will be taken care of. If you require any additional help, you can ask the caretaker, and they may charge a small fee for the same. If you are satisfied with the service, please feel free to leave a tip. The caretaker will be available from 7 AM to 11 PM.
There are 2 separate kitchens for vegetarian and non-vegetarian cooking. Meals can be provided in-house for the guests at an additional cost. Guests do not have access to both kitchens and cook their own meals. Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. A barbecue kit/meal can be arranged at an extra charge. The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
The kitchens are equipped with an oven, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, induction plate, mixer, grinder, crockery, and cutlery.
When you arrive, you will find a set of fresh linen laid out for you. Linen is changed upon request to avoid wastage of water caused by unnecessary laundering. Please do let the caretaker know whenever you wish to have your bed sheets or towels changed!

If you wish to step out, here are a few of the activities that we recommend around here: Take a jeep safari through the forests and fields of Jim Corbett. With over 650 bird species, try your hand at bird watching. Visit and seek blessings at the Garjia Temple. Try a hand at mountain biking. Corbett Museum is one of the most fascinating places in the whole National Park. Rappelling is another exciting activity that people can enjoy.

No. We promptly report the use of drugs or any other type of illegal activity to the police, and they tend to offer an alternate accommodation that is not quite as pleasant as this lovely home. We would not recommend it at all!

The pool is 10x16 ft. in size and is 3.5 ft. deep. Guests can access the pool from 9 AM to 10 PM. Children must always be supervised in and around the pool. Please do not carry food and drinks in and around the pool, so as to keep it clean. Please do not carry any glassware in and around the pool. This is for your safety. While we ensure the chlorine levels are kept in line with standard usage, extended exposure to pool water may cause rashes. If you have sensitive skin, please be cautious. Please shower before and after using the pool, and change out of clothes worn during your swim soon after you leave the pool. Please do not use the indoor furniture while wet.
Guests have access to their rooms and common areas. Please note that there are a total of 4 bedrooms out of which guests have access to only 2 bedrooms. Kindly be advised that the owner resides on the property in a distinct unit that is not accessible to the guests.
The road leading up to the property might not be concrete owing to the hilly terrain. Mobile networks such as Jio and Airtel work fairly well here. The caretaker resides on the premises of the property. The property houses a friendly vaccinated pet dog on its premises. The property is located in a secluded area, approximately 45 minutes away from Jim Corbett gate. There are CCTV cameras that monitor the entrance, reception, and lawn area of the property. Guests are advised to not leave eatable items unattended owing to the presence of monkeys around the property. Guests are advised to remain cautious of animals like deer, wild hens, and leopards. Also from bugs like spiders and grasshoppers. All rooms have a designated separate entry. Due to the frequent movement of elephants, the local authorities prohibit any vehicular traffic in Kotdwar between 9:00 PM to 4:00 AM. It's advisable to reach your destination before this time frame to avoid any inconvenience. We strongly recommend our guests remain indoors after 8:00 PM, as the presence of leopards and other wild creatures can pose a threat to your safety in and around the villa. Please refrain from littering non-vegetarian food scraps in the premises or its vicinity, as it could potentially attract wild animals. All guests are required to follow the designated routes and check excursion timings to ensure minimum disturbance to the plant and animal life inhabiting the area. Any unauthorised off-roading may result in damage to their territory. Please note that the jungle safari is not available at all times. It is closed after July 15th due to the heavy rains in the region.
In general, this is not permitted. However, on request, within reasonable limits and with prior permission, entertaining guests may be allowed. Please let the team know details such as number of guests and approximate time of visit well in advance. Visitors would have to carry valid IDs. There may be an extra charge associated with entertaining guests.

You can pay the security deposit along with the rest of the booking amount. If the number of guests staying does not exceed the number of guests booked for, and if the check-in and check-out times are adhered to, the amount will be refunded to you via a simple link. This will be done within 5 working days from the check-out date.
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchens. The host is present at the property and is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.
