Yes, a trained and responsible caretaker is present to help you. Housekeeping will be taken care of. If you require any additional help, you can ask the caretaker, and they may charge a small fee for the same. If you are satisfied with the service, please feel free to leave a tip. The caretaker stays within the property and is available till 11:00 PM.
Guests have access to the kitchen. Consumption of non vegetarian food is allowed. All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost. Outside food is not allowed.

When you arrive, you will find a set of fresh linen laid out for you. Linen is changed upon request to avoid wastage of water caused by unnecessary laundering. Please do let the caretaker know whenever you wish to have your bed sheets or towels changed!

In case of a power failure, the property has a generator of 15 KVA that will power all the appliances for 24 hours.
A barbecue kit can be arranged at an additional cost per person, per day. Extra people can be accomodated at an additional cost of Rs. 2500 per person, per night. A bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost. An additional mattress will be provided in each bedroom to accommodate up to 5 extra adults beyond the base occupancy. There will be an extra charge of Rs. 3000 per additional occupant.

Take a walk on the groomed grass, which merges in with the natural beauty of the neighbourhood, or simply relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. After a day of outdoor activity, unwind in the jacuzzi or simply rest in the gazebo with a nice drink.

No. We promptly report the use of drugs or any other type of illegal activity to the police, and they tend to offer an alternate accommodation that is not quite as pleasant as this lovely home. We would not recommend it at all!

There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. Mobile networks such as VI, Idea, Jio and Airtel work fairly well here.
In general, this is not permitted. However, on request, within reasonable limits and with prior permission, entertaining guests may be allowed.
