Yes, pets are most welcome here! Please keep them supervised at all times to ensure there are no damages caused, and most importantly for their own safety in an unfamiliar space. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 2 pets with a security deposit of Rs 5,000 and a service charge of Rs. 1,500 plus taxes for pet cleaning on the property.

Yes, the place is available for shoots. The cost to conduct a shoot may differ from the stay cost. Please inform the team about your requirement at villas@stayvista.com to discuss this further.

Yes, a trained and responsible caretaker is present to help you. Housekeeping will be taken care of. If you require any additional help, you can ask the caretaker, and they may charge a small fee for the same. If you are satisfied with the service, please feel free to leave a tip. The caretaker lives on the premises.

Breakfast is complimentary. For all other meals, guests can access the kitchen to prepare their own meals. Alternatively, all other meals can be provided at an additional cost of Rs. 700 for adult and Rs. 500 for children, per meal, per day. The caretaker prepares Indian vegetarian meals. Guests can also order-in or eat out at nearby restaurants. Please allow a couple of hours' time if ordering-in. Non-veg cooking and consumption is not allowed. Guests do not have access to the kitchen.

It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster, electric kettle, a mixer-grinder, crockery and cutlery.

When you arrive, you will find a set of fresh linen laid out for you. Linen is changed upon request to avoid wastage of water caused by unnecessary laundering. Please do let the caretaker know whenever you wish to have your bed sheets or towels changed!

Yoga sessions can be arranged at an additional charge. The oil heaters can be used at an additional cost of Rs. 300 per heater, per day.

While the most important thing about your time here will be spending quality time with your loved ones in a beautiful and private space, the following activities may add a touch of entertainment to the experience: Within the property, guests can borrow books from the in-house library and enjoy a peaceful read with a view. A barbeque grill and bonfire can also be arranged upon request. The lawn area can be used for conducting yoga sessions, which is a popular request among guests. Guests can take a peaceful walk around the neighbourhood and embrace its beauty or take a dip in River Ganges, which is a quick stroll away from the villa.

If you wish to step out, here are a few of the activities that we recommend around here: Ganga Aarti at Triveni Ghat and Parmarth Niketan, experience the thrill of River Rafting, visit Neel Garh Waterfall and Beatles Ashram, relax while you enjoy Ayurvedic Massages and Therapies, visit the famous Laxman Jhula and Ram Jhula.

All guests should keep at least one government authorized ID with them. The caretaker may request to see them when you check in.

No. We promptly report the use of drugs or any other type of illegal activity to the police, and they tend to offer an alternate accommodation that is not quite as pleasant as this lovely home. We would not recommend it at all!

Guests do not have access to 2 bedrooms out of 5 bedrooms of the property. Guests do not have access to the kitchen.

Guests are advised not to step out after dark, as it may not be safe, given the presence of wild creatures around. There is a CCTV camera that captures the living area. There are 5 bedrooms in the property, however, guests have access to 3 bedrooms. Kindly note, the TVs are not equipped with a set-up box. All-male groups are not allowed.

In general, this is not permitted. However, on request, within reasonable limits and with prior permission, entertaining guests may be allowed. Please let the team know details such as number of guests and approximate time of visit well in advance. Visitors would have to carry valid IDs. There may be an extra charge associated with entertaining guests.

You can pay the security deposit along with the rest of the booking amount. If the number of guests staying does not exceed the number of guests booked for, and if the check-in and check-out times are adhered to, the amount will be refunded to you via a simple link. This will be done within 3 working days from the check-out date.

The guests do not have access to the kitchen and the two rooms. The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.
