There is no pool at the villa.

There are 3 bedrooms at the property, out of which 1 room will be provided to the guests and 2 rooms will be locked. Please be aware that the property owner lives on the premises. The guests have access to the first floor which is an independent floor with a separate private entrance, gate, and steps ensuring privacy for both parties.

There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas and living room for security purposes. The caretaker and host reside on the premises of the property. All-male groups are not allowed.

In general, this is not permitted. However, on request, within reasonable limits and with prior permission, entertaining guests may be allowed. Please let the team know details such as number of guests and approximate time of visit well in advance. Visitors would have to carry valid IDs.
