There is no pool at the property.

Guests do have access to the owner's private residential unit.

There are CCTV cameras that capture the exterior areas of the property for security purposes. The caretaker resides on the premises of the property. All male groups are allowed with a security deposit of Rs. 10,000.

In general, this is not permitted. However, on request, within reasonable limits and with prior permission, entertaining guests may be allowed. Please let the team know details such as number of guests and approximate time of visit well in advance. Visitors would have to carry valid IDs. There may be an extra charge associated with entertaining guests.
