Yes, a trained and responsible manager is present to help you. Housekeeping will be taken care of. If you require any additional help, you can ask the manager, and they may charge a small fee for the same. If you are satisfied with the service, please feel free to leave a tip. Guests do not have access to the kitchen. Breakfast here is complimentary. All meals can be provided by the in-house cook at an additional cost and need to be pre-ordered at the time of booking. Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

The location of the villa is secluded. Mobile networks such as Airtel, BSNL and Jio work fairly well here. Since the location of the villa is secluded, there is a lack of nearby stores or markets. The caretaker and chef reside on the premises of the property. Please note that the game zone will be accessible to the guests at all times. Please note that the living room and other common areas are not equipped with an AC given the pleasant weather all year round. Only the bedrooms offer an AC.

You can pay the security deposit along with the rest of the booking amount. If the number of guests staying does not exceed the number of guests booked for, and if the check-in and check-out times are adhered to, the amount will be refunded to you via a simple link.
