We can provide accommodation for 4 staff members at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 per person, per day, exclusive of meals charges. The cost for staff meals will align with that of adult meals, and an 18% GST charge will be added to these charges.

Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 2 pets at an additional charge of Rs. 5000 + taxes. A security deposit of Rs. 20,000 will be collected at the time of check-in. Pets will not be allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area. In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets. Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area. As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food. Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them. Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove. Please keep them supervised at all times to ensure there are no damages caused, and most importantly for their own safety in an unfamiliar space.

Yes, a trained and responsible caretaker is present to help you. Housekeeping will be taken care of. If you require any additional help, you can ask the caretaker, and they may charge a small fee for the same. If you are satisfied with the service, please feel free to leave a tip. The caretaker lives on the premises of the property.
Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost. The costs for the aforementioned food offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. Guests are not allowed to bring their own cook or prepare meals themselves at the Villa. - Service from delivery partners like Swiggy and Zomato is not available in Alibaug.

When you arrive, you will find a set of fresh linen laid out for you. Linen is changed upon request to avoid wastage of water caused by unnecessary laundering. Please do let the caretaker know whenever you wish to have your bed sheets or towels changed!

In case of a power outage, the inverter and the generator can support all appliances except for the living room AC for up to 4 hours and 8 hours respectively.

No. We promptly report the use of drugs or any other type of illegal activity to the police, and they tend to offer an alternate accommodation that is not quite as pleasant as this lovely home. We would not recommend it at all!

The pool is 50x25 metres in size and 4.5 ft. in depth and the kids' pool is 2 ft. in depth. Guests have access to the pools from 8 AM to 6 PM. Children must always be supervised in and around the pool. Please do not carry food and drinks in and around the pool, so as to keep it clean. Please do not carry any glassware in and around the pool. This is for your safety. While we ensure the chlorine levels are kept in line with standard usage, extended exposure to pool water may cause rashes. If you have sensitive skin, please be cautious. Pets are not allowed in or around the pool. Please shower before and after using the pool, and change out of clothes worn during your swim soon after you leave the pool. Please do not use the indoor furniture while wet.

The location of the villa is secluded. Mobile networks such as Airtel, Jio and Vi work fairly well here. Guests are requested to shut the windows and doors during the evenings, as the property may be prone to insects and bugs. There is a CCTV camera that captures the external area for security purposes. There is a terrace, however, guests do not have access to it. The road leading up to the villa is narrow and only one car can pass at a time. Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.

Please let the team know details such as number of guests and approximate time of visit well in advance. Visitors would have to carry valid IDs.
