Yes, a trained and responsible caretaker is present to help you. Housekeeping will be taken care of. If you require any additional help, you can ask the caretaker, and they may charge a small fee for the same. If you are satisfied with the service, please feel free to leave a tip. The caretaker lives on the premises of the property.

Guests may use the kitchen to make simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost, on an a la carte basis.Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. Outside food is not allowed.

It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster and a mixer-grinder.

When you arrive, you will find a set of fresh linen laid out for you. Linen is changed upon request to avoid wastage of water caused by unnecessary laundering. Please do let the caretaker know whenever you wish to have your bed sheets or towels changed!

No. We promptly report the use of drugs or any other type of illegal activity to the police, and they tend to offer an alternate accommodation that is not quite as pleasant as this lovely home. We would not recommend it at all!

There is no pool at this property.

There are a total of 6 rooms at the property, of which 1 will be accessible to you if this listing is booked. Guests do not have access to the main house however dining area will be available on sharing basis on subject to availability.

Please note that no bachelor and hen parties are allowed at the property. All mobile networks work fairly well here. There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property, in the staff quarters. Please note that the fireplaces are not meant to be used in the interest of the safety of the house and the guests. Personal staff will be accommodated in the staff quarters only.

In general, this is not permitted. However, on request, within reasonable limits and with prior permission, entertaining guests may be allowed. You can pay the security deposit along with the rest of the booking amount. If the number of guests staying does not exceed the number of guests booked for, and if the check-in and check-out times are adhered to, the amount will be refunded to you via a simple link. The guests have access to only the cottage and areas pertaining to the cottage. No access to the main villa (Rose Cottage, Bloom, Chandelier, Vintage listings space) and the kitchen. The host may or may not be present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is also present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.
