The guests have access to the entire villa, however the access to the villa kitchen is chargabe at Rs. 2500 pr day. Cooking and reheating of non-vegetarian food is not allowed. Consumption is allowed. The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. Basic food can be arranged from nearby eateries at an additional cost. Guests need to inform the owner 24 hours prior to ordering. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

There are CCTV cameras that capture the common and exterior areas of the property for security purposes. The caretaker resides on the premises of the property and will be available at all times. All mobile networks work perfectly well here. Stags are not allowed to book the property.

You can pay the security deposit along with the rest of the booking amount. If the number of guests staying does not exceed the number of guests booked for, and if the check-in and check-out times are adhered to, the amount will be refunded to you via a simple link. This will be done within 5 working days from the check-out date. Guests are required to pay a security deposit between 5,000 to 20,000 based on their booking. The security deposit may increase for big events depending on the management.
