Guests do not have access to the kitchen. All meals can be provided at an additional cost. Meals with fish will be available as per the availability. Please note that if the meal packages are availed, a 100% advance payment is required at least 24 hours prior to your check-in. No. We promptly report the use of drugs or any other type of illegal activity to the police, and they tend to offer an alternate accommodation that is not quite as pleasant as this lovely home. We would not recommend it at all!

The pool is 12x15 ft. in size and 3 ft. in depth. Children must always be supervised in and around the pool. Only 6 people will be allowed in the pool at a time. Please do not carry food and drinks in and around the pool, so as to keep it clean. Please do not carry any glassware in and around the pool. This is for your safety. While we ensure the chlorine levels are kept in line with standard usage, extended exposure to pool water may cause rashes. If you have sensitive skin, please be cautious. Please shower before and after using the pool, and change out of clothes worn during your swim soon after you leave the pool. Please do not use the indoor furniture while wet.

There are CCTV cameras that cover the external areas, passages and the living room. All-male groups are not allowed. Guests are requested to not spit inside the property. Food is not allowed in the garden, near the pool, spa, gym or the rain dance area. Only guests above 14 years of age will be allowed to play snooker. Guests are requested to keep the equipment in place after playing. Mobile networks such as Airtel and Vi work fairly well here. All guests, including children, have to present valid ID proof during check-in. Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.
