The villa has a private swimming pool, 26ftx23ft in size, with a depth of 4ft. Guests can access the pool from 7 AM to 10 PM. Children must always be supervised in and around the pool. Please do not carry food and drinks in and around the pool, so as to keep it clean. Please do not carry any glassware in and around the pool. This is for your safety. While we ensure the chlorine levels are kept in line with standard usage, extended exposure to pool water may cause rashes. If you have sensitive skin, please be cautious. Please shower before and after using the pool, and change out of clothes worn during your swim soon after you leave the pool. Please do not use the indoor furniture while wet. The staff will allot timings, for a maximum duration of 2 hours in a day.

Only trained pets are allowed. There is 1 dog kennel at the property. There is a friendly dog residing at the property. The stay is a part of a gated society. Mobile networks such as Airtel and Jio work fairly well here.Please note that the al fresco dining area is up to 300 meters away from the main villa.

A security deposit of Rs. 40,000 will be payable prior to check-in to StayVista. If the number of guests staying does not exceed the number of guests booked for, and if the check-in and check-out times are adhered to, the amount will be refunded to you via a simple link. This will be done within 5 working days from the check-out date. The deposit will be collected by the caretaker/ StayVista representative at the time of check-in and returned to the guest at check-out. The amount will be refunded to you if there are no damages, missing items, if the number of guests staying does not exceed the number of guests booked for, and if the check-in and check-out times are adhered to.
There is a villa and 6 individual cottages on the premises of the property. The guests have access to the entire villa and the common areas. The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message.
