Given the pleasant weather in Kodaikanal all-year round, the premises of the property are not equipped with an AC. The property is located in a secluded area. The caretaker resides on the premises of the property.

Please let the team know details such as number of guests and approximate time of visit well in advance. Visitors would have to carry valid IDs.
