Yes, a trained and responsible caretaker is present to help you. Housekeeping will be taken care of. If you require any additional help, you can ask the caretaker, and they may charge a small fee for the same. If you are satisfied with the service, please feel free to leave a tip. Some staff lives at the villa premises and some of them live nearby the villa.

All meals can be provided at an additional cost. Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge.The meal packages include breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner and are subject to availability. The meals will be delivered to the villa. Guests may eat out or opt for the meal package. Outside food is not allowed.Hiring or bringing a cook along is not permitted.The meal pricing will be higher for certain peak/festive dates.Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. Please note that guests cannot bring their own cooks to prepare their own meals. The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.Guests have access to the kitchen on the first floor only for preparing tea, coffee, instant noodles and reheating food.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, cooking utensils, microwave, oven and a toaster. Crockery and cutlery are available for 35 people.

When you arrive, you will find a set of fresh linen laid out for you. Linen is changed upon request to avoid wastage of water caused by unnecessary laundering. Please do let the caretaker know whenever you wish to have your bed sheets or towels changed! While we do ensure the space is clean and comfortable for you, being a home, it may not mimic the feel of a hotel. However, if there is any lapse in terms of cleanliness, please inform the caretaker, and we would also appreciate you bringing it to our notice. We take your feedback very seriously, and take immediate actions to resolve your concerns.

No. We promptly report the use of drugs or any other type of illegal activity to the police, and they tend to offer an alternate accommodation that is not quite as pleasant as this lovely home. We would not recommend it at all!

Yes - you are allowed to play loud music and party it up! However, the volume must be kept low after 10 PM.

The pool can be used from 9 AM to 8 PM. The pool is 6 ft. deep. Children must always be supervised in and around the pool. Please do not carry food and drinks in and around the pool, so as to keep it clean. Please do not carry any glassware in and around the pool. This is for your safety. While we ensure the chlorine levels are kept in line with standard usage, extended exposure to pool water may cause rashes. If you have sensitive skin, please be cautious. Please shower before and after using the pool, and change out of clothes worn during your swim soon after you leave the pool. Please do not use the indoor furniture while wet.

For security purposes, CCTV cameras have been installed overlooking the outdoor spaces and kitchen for security purposes. Guests do not have access to the master bedroom on the second floor and the kitchen on the ground floor. Kindly note, As there is no lift in the villa, guests are requested to utilize the staircase. There is a jacuzzi, however, it is not operational and will not be accessible to the guests. Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.

In general, this is not permitted. However, on request, within reasonable limits and with prior permission, entertaining guests may be allowed. Please let the team know details such as number of guests and approximate time of visit well in advance. Visitors would have to carry valid IDs. You can pay the security deposit along with the rest of the booking amount. If the number of guests staying does not exceed the number of guests booked for, and if the check-in and check-out times are adhered to, the amount will be refunded to you via a simple link. This will be done within 3 working days from the check-out date. The deposit will be collected by the caretaker/ StayVista representative at the time of check-in and returned to the guest at check-out. The amount will be refunded to you if there are no damages, missing items, if the number of guests staying does not exceed the number of guests booked for, and if the check-in and check-out times are adhered to.

The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen on the ground floor and the master bedroom on the second floor. The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.
