Yes, a trained and responsible caretaker is present to help you. Housekeeping will be taken care of. If you require any additional help, you can ask the caretaker, and they may charge a small fee for the same. If you are satisfied with the service, please feel free to leave a tip.

All meals are available in-house on an a la carte basis. Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. Guests can avail of hi-tea and in-house dinner service at the villa at an additional charge. Guests do not have access to the kitchen. Outside food is not allowed in the rooms and hall. Lunch is not available, guests can choose to eat out or order in from nearby restaurants. Dinner is available from 8 PM to 9:30 PM. The kitchen is open till 10 PM.

It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, electric kettle, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, induction plate and a mixer-grinder.

When you arrive, you will find a set of fresh linen laid out for you. Linen is changed upon request to avoid wastage of water caused by unnecessary laundering. Please do let the caretaker know whenever you wish to have your bed sheets or towels changed!

The balcony of this villa is almost on the ends of the mountain so you’re guaranteed to have many picture worthy moments. In the afternoons, one can visit the Tibet Market which is a popular tourist attraction for shopping where you can buy many souvenirs from your sojourn. In the evenings, pay a visit to the St. Stephen's Church which is filled with the holy and sacred air. No. We promptly report the use of drugs or any other type of illegal activity to the police, and they tend to offer an alternate accommodation that is not quite as pleasant as this lovely home. We would not recommend it at all!

Yes, they are. As long as they’re adults, have valid IDs, and are in no way associated with illegal activities - we’re good!

There is no pool at this property.

There are a total of 5 bedrooms out of which guests will have access to only 1 bedrooms and the common areas. Guests do not have access to the kitchen.

All mobile networks work fairly well here. There are CCTV cameras that capture the common areas and external areas for security purposes. The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. Room service is not available. The dining area, fireplace, reception and lawns are shared facilities with other guests on premises. Outside food is not allowed in the rooms and hall.

In general, this is not permitted. However, on request, within reasonable limits and with prior permission, entertaining guests may be allowed. Please let the team know details such as number of guests and approximate time of visit well in advance. Visitors would have to carry valid IDs.
