The pool is 30x12 ft. with a depth of 4.2 ft. Guests can access the pool up to 10 PM. Children must always be supervised in and around the pool. Please do not carry food and drinks in and around the pool, so as to keep it clean. Please do not carry any glassware in and around the pool. This is for your safety. While we ensure the chlorine levels are kept in line with standard usage, extended exposure to pool water may cause rashes. If you have sensitive skin, please be cautious. Please shower before and after using the pool, and change out of clothes worn during your swim soon after you leave the pool. Please do not use the indoor furniture while wet.

Guests have access to their rooms and common areas. There are 6 bedrooms and 1 suite room out of which guests can only access the 6 bedrooms.

All-male groups are not allowed. The property is located in a secluded area. All mobile networks work fairly here. There are CCTV cameras that capture the common areas of the property for security purposes. Guests are requested to keep the doors shut during the monsoon season owing to the location of the property. Also, guests are requested to not venture out of the premises around the farm post 8 PM due to the secluded location. One can see peacocks near the property premises. Please note that hookah/sheesha is not permitted on the premises due to local regulations.
