The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster, mixer-grinder, crockery and cutlery.
When you arrive, you will find a set of fresh linen laid out for you. Linen is changed upon request to avoid wastage of water caused by unnecessary laundering. Please do let the caretaker know whenever you wish to have your bed sheets or towels changed!

The final check-out time is 11:30 AM; an extra charge will be levied if there is any extension beyond this. The road leading up to the villa might not be in a good condition. All mobile networks work fairly well here. There are CCTV cameras that capture the common and external areas of the property for security purposes. The caretaker resides behind the premises of the property.
In general, this is not permitted. However, on request, within reasonable limits and with prior permission, entertaining guests may be allowed. Please let the team know details such as number of guests and approximate time of visit well in advance. Visitors would have to carry valid IDs.
