There is no restriction to access any part of the house.

The road leading up to the villa may not be concrete. All-male groups and Nashik locals are not allowed. Guests are requested to shut the windows and doors during the evenings, especially during monsoon, given the presence of insects and bugs around. The living room is not equipped with an AC. There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas of the property for security purposes. The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.Given the increased need for sanitization and deep cleaning required before every stay, we are unable to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs for the safety of the guests and staff members.

In general, this is not permitted. However, on request, within reasonable limits and with prior permission, entertaining guests may be allowed. Please let the team know details such as number of guests and approximate time of visit well in advance. Visitors would have to carry valid IDs. There may be an extra charge associated with entertaining guests.

You can pay the security deposit along with the rest of the booking amount. If the number of guests staying does not exceed the number of guests booked for, and if the check-in and check-out times are adhered to, the amount will be refunded to you via a simple link.
