Yes, trained and responsible staff is present to help you. Housekeeping will be taken care of. If you require any additional help, you can ask the staff, and they may charge a small fee for the same. If you are satisfied with the service, please feel free to leave a tip. The caretaker will be available from 8 AM to 8 PM.

The guests do not have access to the kitchen. Breakfast is complimentary. Kindly note that the breakfast service ends promptly at 10:30 AM. Remaining Meals can be provided and at additional cost. The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. The meal package will include 3 gravies. The meal package will include 2 vegetarian gravies and 1 non-vegetarian gravy. Please note that the kitchen will be closed around 10:30 PM. Outside food is strictly not allowed on the premises. The pool is 20x40 ft. in size and 5 ft. in depth. Children must always be supervised in and around the pool. Please do not carry food and drinks in and around the pool, so as to keep it clean. Please do not carry any glassware in and around the pool. This is for your safety. While we ensure the chlorine levels are kept in line with standard usage, extended exposure to pool water may cause rashes. If you have sensitive skin, please be cautious. Please shower before and after using the pool, and change out of clothes worn during your swim soon after you leave the pool. Please do not use the indoor furniture while wet. Pets are not allowed near the pool. Please note that the pool is not heated or temperature controlled.

Please note guests must pay a mandatory refundable security deposit of Rs. 25,000 if they host any function or if the number of day visitors exceeds 10 individuals. Every guest staying at the property must provide original government-issued photo IDs for verification and submit copies of these IDs before the check-in date, in compliance with government security regulations. The property will only permit guests who submit their photo IDs to stay. No external vendors are allowed for Events Decor & Catering. Outside vendors for services like decor, DJ, catering, singing, bartending, and spa are strictly not allowed. Hookah is strictly prohibited.
