Guests are welcome to enjoy music at a moderate volume indoors. However, as part of our commitment to maintaining a peaceful environment, loud music is strictly not permitted outdoors, in consideration of neighbors and local regulations.

Smoking indoors is not allowed to maintain the freshness of the space. Additionally, drinking outside is not allowed due to local regulations and to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

The roads leading to the villa are in good condition, and there are no accessibility issues. A regular sedan or hatchback can easily reach the property.

Power outages are rare at the villa. However, to ensure uninterrupted comfort, the villa is equipped with inverter and genset both. Essential appliances like lights and fans will continue to function during an outage. Please be informed that geysers, ACs and heater will not work on inverter.

For security purposes, the premises are monitored using CCTV cameras in living area, lawn area and estate entrance.

Yes, our home is senior citizen-friendly. We have three bedrooms on the ground floor, accessible with a small set of steps that can be climbed comfortably. Additionally, all bathrooms feature anti-skid flooring for added safety. For medical emergencies, the caretaker has access to doctor-on-call and ambulance services. The home is also ambulance accessible for any urgent situations.
