We have speakers with a USB port onsite, so you could attach your phone, pendrive to the music system. Yes, smoking is allowed but strictly not inside the home. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside in the garden/lawn area. Alcohol consumption is permitted within limits. We do not encourage late night revelry or loud music.

Check-in time at 1 pm and check-out time is 10 am. Please note that check-out timings are strict as we need to ready the rooms for our next booking. The best way to reach our home is by train or by a bus. - You can get down at Karjat or Khopoli railway station and then take an auto or taxi to reach our villa ( distance is around 10 km). - If you want to come from Pune then you will have to take a rickshaw or taxi at Khopoli bus stand to reach our villa , and if you want to come from Mumbai then you will have to get down at Panvel bus depot and take a rickshaw or taxi to reach our villa (distance is around 25 km).
