House Rules – Pet Friendly Villas | Just Homestay A gentle reminder of our home guidelines, designed to ensure a comfortable and hassle-free stay for you and your group. Your acknowledgment is appreciated. 1. Guest Count The number of guests must not exceed the count confirmed at the time of booking. Kindly inform us in advance about any accompanying staff. 2. Guest Identification Valid government ID proof for all guests must be shared at the time of booking confirmation. 3. Meal Planning Food orders are to be placed by 3:00 PM, one day prior, to ensure fresh preparation. The menu and pricing will be shared by the guest relations team. 4. Dining Timelines Dinner is recommended to be served by 10:00 PM. For later timings, meals will be provided in casseroles. 5. Noise Policy Parties, loud music, or any activity that may disturb neighbors is strictly not permitted. 6. Damages Any breakage or damage to property items will be charged on an actual basis. 7. Illegal Activities Strictly no illegal activities, including use of narcotics or any unlawful conduct. 8. Smoking & Pets Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Pets are allowed only in designated pet-friendly villas, subject to rules. A refundable pet security deposit of ₹5,000 is applicable. 9. Check-in / Check-out Check-in: 2:00 PM onwards Check-out: 11:00 AM 10. Security Deposit A refundable security deposit of ₹10,000 is mandatory prior to arrival. 11. Staff Accommodation Male staff (drivers, PSOs) are not permitted inside the villa. Separate accommodation can be arranged at a nominal cost. 12. Staff Meals It is recommended that food for accompanying staff be arranged externally to ensure smooth kitchen operations for guests. 13.
