The caretaker will be from 9 AM to 9 PM.
Guests can access the kitchen in Unit 1 to make light food and for reheating purposes only. All meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost. Please note there is no AC in the third bedroom of the villa, only two of the bedrooms are equipped with ACs. There are CCTV cameras that capture the exterior areas of the property for security purposes. The caretaker resides on the premises of the property. All mobile networks work fairly well here. All male groups are not allowed.
In general, this is not permitted. However, on request, within reasonable limits and with prior permission, entertaining guests may be allowed. Please let the team know details such as number of guests and approximate time of visit well in advance. Visitors would have to carry valid IDs. There may be an extra charge associated with entertaining guests.
