Yes, the home has a garden/lawn area within the premises that could be used for outdoor picnic activities. Meals will be provided on site at an additional charge (per person, per meal). Please note that the maximum capacity for an overnight stay is 6 people. During the day, guests will be allowed to use the washrooms and other amenities at the villa. The home is also stocked with indoor games like UNO and playing cards, monopoly, chess, badminton, snakes and ladder, etc. Depending on the event, you are allowed to erect a small stage, stall or tent for your event purpose.

Yes, our home is senior citizen/elderly-friendly. The home has 3 bedrooms on the ground floor: 1 bedroom is easily accessible, while the 2nd bedroom is a few steps lower than the ground floor. A 3rd bedroom on the ground floor is towards the left of the pool and is accessible with a small set of stairs that take you downwards to the 3rd bedroom. The 4th and 5th bedroom is on the first floor. All the bedrooms have private bathrooms, again easy to access at night without any supervision. All our bathrooms have anti-skid surfaces. Upon special request, our caretakers can prepare Low Salt/ Low Spice/ Low Fat/ Low Sugar for senior citizens. These requests should be informed at the time of booking.
